One of if not the best gluten free breads we have had.

We are impressed with all of the Siete products.  If you can’t have flour tortillas try these.  Make sure you follow the directions on the package and you will have perfect tortillas.

If you are going to eat wheat it is best to grind it yourself.  Fresh ground organic wheat berries have healing properties that store bought flour does not.  Jovial is one of the best you can buy.   See our video “Freshly Ground Einkorn Bread.”

If your looking for a good grain free tortilla try Thrive Coconut Wraps.  They will even roll up without heating them up.

If you need to stay away from soy then coconut aminos are a very good substitute for soy sauce.  Just keep in mind it has a little sweetness to it.  Thrive is our go to brand.  Check out their other products too.

Aquafaba is the juice that is in canned beans.  This is a powder form of it and lasts much longer.  We have used this in meats and some breads.  One Tablespoon of the powder will make the equivalent of 5 eggs.
